Pre-Event or Training Loading
Can be used for pre-loading just before an event. Start drinking around an hour before the activity to prepare.
During Events & Training
Designed to be taken as a carbohydrate & hydration sports drink whilst taking part in an event or a training session. For best results drink to thirst according to hydration needs.
