Enervit Sport Isotonic Drink is an instant-drink for preparing a carbohydrate-electrolyte solution to use in the event of abundant sweating resulting from an intense muscular and athletic activity.
Carbohydrate-electrolyte solutions enhance the absorption of water during physical exercise and contribute to the maintenance of endurance performance during prolonged endurance exercise.
Prepare a portion by dissolving the content of two measuring spoons (equal to approx. 30 g of the product) in a 500-ml bottle. During intense physical activity, it is recommend to take 500 ml of the product for each hour of the activity performed, drinking regularly (one sip approximately every 15 minutes), thereby keeping the intensity of the exercise and ambient conditions into account.
